We would like to introduce and invite your school’s 5th grade classroom teachers to the DoD STARBASE Wisconsin Academy, a free STEM program sponsored by the Wisconsin Air National Guard. Our Mission is to expose our nation’s youth to the technological environments and positive civilian and military role models found on military bases and build mutual loyalty within our communities, by providing 25 hours of exemplary hands-on instruction and activities that meet or exceed the national standards.

  2. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) – After submitting this form, the next step is to formalize the partnership. Each of our program partners completes a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). We will contact you with the MOU which is due to the director (Michelle Klos-Gonzalez)  approximately 10 weeks before the school year begins.

Note: Our minimum capacity is 20 students and maximum capacity is 32 students per classroom.

Priority is given to Title One schools.  We also have an opportunity to support additional elementary fifth grades without this designation.
